1 large (or 2 small) avocado
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon each fresh chives and basil, chopped
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/3 cup Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1Cut avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Reserve the shells.
1Mash avocado coarsely with a fork and add the remaining ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
1Pop the mixture inside your empty avocado shells and enjoy!
