
Skinny Chocolate Squares

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flour
Pinch of salt
Granulated sweetener to taste
1/2 cup cocoa powder or raw cocoa
1/4 cup milk of your choice (coconut milk/almond/lactose free)
6 eggs
1/3 cup of organic cold pressed coconut oil
4 blocks of 95% Lindt dark chocolate
Directions:
1Preheat the over to 350 degrees Celsius
2Melt the coconut oil, chocolate and cocoa powder together in the microwave or in a pan
3Combine the eggs, sweetener, milk and salt in a mixing bowl and beat until well combine
4Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir
5Add the coconut flour and beat the mixture until well mixed
6Grease some baking paper and line a square baking dish. Pour the batter into the dish
7Bake for 30 minutes. Test if ready by sticking a toothpick into the mixture and if it comes out clean it is cooked
8Cut into squares and refrigerate for 2 hours
