Protein Balls

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chocolate whey protein powder
5 tablespoons rolled organic oats
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions:

1In a large bowl, mix the ingredients together until well combined.

2Form the mixture into balls (about 2-cm in diameter) and roll in cocoa powder or shredded coconut.

3Refrigerate for about 20 -30 minutes, until set.
