
Post Work-out Cranberry Muffins

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
90g of gluten free oat flour
1 scoop Whey Protein
40g almond flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. coconut sugar(optional)
½ cup of egg whites
2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce or mashed banana
0.5 cups of milk of your choice (I used almond)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1Preheat the over to 175 degrees Celsius
2Place your dry ingredients in a blender and mix well to make sure the baking powder is evenly distributed
3Add your wet ingredients and blend until the mixture is thick
4Pour into silicone muffin moulds
5Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown
6Let cool and enjoy
