3 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar or sweetener of choice (more as needed to get a sticky consistency)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
¼ cup almond flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon 95% dark chocolate, finely chopped
Extra cocoa, for dusting
1In a medium bowl, mix butter, honey, vanilla, salt, and almond flour, cocoa together until thoroughly combined.
2Stir in chopped chocolate.
3Form the mixture into balls (about 2-cm in diameter) and roll in cocoa powder.
4Chill in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes before serving.
