
Doughnuts

Cook Time: 3-5 minutes
Ingredients:
½ cup (40g) rolled oats
4 egg whites
1 ripe banana
1 serving natural sweetener
1 tablespoon (15g) banana or vanilla protein powder (this helps them to rise)
4 squares (40g) Lindt 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped almonds, to serve
1Combine all ingredients except the chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth.
2Cook in a doughnut maker, following manufacturer’s instructions, until firm and slightly brown, 3-5 minutes.
3Melt chocolate and drizzle over the doughnuts.
Sprinkle with chopped almonds and serve.
