3-4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 scoop cookies and cream whey protein
Sweetener, to taste
Ground cinnamon, to taste
Coconut oil, to grease pan
1In a bowl, combine all ingredients and blend together with a hand held blender until smooth.
2Grease a small frying pan with coconut oil and heat over a medium-high heat.
3Pour ¼ cupfuls of batter into the pan. . Cook each crepe for about 30 seconds per side.
4Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener of your choice before serving.
